I'm seeking the Green Party of Michigan's nomination to the U.S. Senate. I have blown the whistle on the Masonic secret that the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution are invalid. See the following video:
Because the proposed 13th Amendment has no deadline/statute of limitations, then I propose the following fix, (inspired by Lamar Lemmons, the chief of staff for Michigan State Senator Betty Jean Alexander):
Take out the language "except as punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted" because this loophole has been used to re-enslave black and brown people through mass incarceration, while masons, using various Grand Hailing signals, have their crimes covered up. This introduces bias and racism into a so-called criminal justice system. Moreover, it equates being convicted of a crime, even a misdemeanor or parking ticket, with being enslaved. Substitute instead language protecting reparations via a constitutional amendment.
The proposed new 13th Amendment reads:
Neither slavery or involuntary servitude shall exist within the United States or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Reparations, including individual payments, shall be paid to the descendants of the women victimized by the legal doctrine of partus sequiter ventrem, the law that imposed hereditary enslavement upon the children of African women enslaved in the United States. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Do you like the proposed new 13th Amendment? Is it a good start yet you have ideas on how to make it shorter and simpler? Remember KISS (keep it short and simple). Constitutional amendments must also have KIPS, (keep it plain and specific). What say you?
